This photoshoot was intended to be a partner to the "feminine madness" shoot. It depicts the female patient after her "treatment , in a charicatural way , showing the exagerated features of a "perfect woman and revealing them to be grotesque. Makeup was used in the shoot then emphasised in photoshop using overlay layers.
