Portraiture / Jewellery combined

Here I first had the Idea to combine jewellery with portraits. I took several pictures of neclaces and rings , editing them to be more vibrant then I overlayed them onto portraits to intertwine the character with her possesions.

This pictuee is an evolved version of the edits seen in shoot 2. The necklace was delibrately positioned so it inspired womb like connotations as is also conjured by the name "The Bloody Chamber" it also links to the themes of female guilt as is explored by the book.
