  • applying a black and white layer and adjusting the opacity to 40% in order to desaturate the image, making it look less like a real hand

  • Using curves to lighten the image in order to blend the hands in with the background.

  • Applying a black and white layer and then adjusting the opciaty to 60%.

  • Applying a photo filter of either Violet(left) or Red(right)

  • Selective colour , to intensify effect of photo filter.

  • Levils in order to give a vignette effect to the photo and bring attention to the palm of the hand(s).

Underwater effect hands.

  • Applying a green or dark emerald photo filter to the image to increase murky green effect of the scarf.
